Welcome to the St. Jerome School Fall Auction. 

Our theme this year is Luau on the Links.  We were grateful to be back live and in person in 2022.  We switched things up a bit by moving the location to Kestrel Ridge Golf Course and offering a live auction.  We received positive feedback with both changes so we are sticking with them both in 2023.   

There will again be a $10 admission which includes heavy appetizers!  There is a fantastic menu with pulled pork or hawaiian sliders,  pineapple salsa, fruit cups, buffalo chicken dip and more!  There will also be a cash bar available for purchase for those interested.  With the lower ticket price, we will not be offering free beer or wine.  

We hope you can join us and place your bids on some great auction items!!  Don't forget to look for the option to make a donation to SJS. 

Be sure to check back often!  As items and donations come in we will be making updates and adding more pictures to the auction website.  

All proceeds from this fundraiser will go directly to St. Jerome School.

Large Raffle Tickets 
On sale now!  Contact St. Jerome School or any school family for tickets! 
Tickets are $25 each and only 500 available. 
Eight cash prizes available:
1st prize: $2500
2nd prize: $1000
3rd prize: $750
4th prize (x2): $500
5th prize (x3): $250 
Winning tickets will be drawn on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 7:30pm. 
 

Online Auction
Opens Wednesday, October 18th at 12:30pm
Closes Saturday, October 21st at 9:00pm

Visit our online auction (coming soon) to find a variety of wonderful items to bid on!  This is our biggest fundraiser of the year and we count on the success of this event for our school.   Visit the menu to get directions on Bidding Registration as well as information on package pickup. 

 

Auction Night: October 21, 2023 
Doors open at 5:30pm
Admission is $10 per person. 
Purchase admission tickets in advance via the website or in the SJS Office.

Sweet Deals:
Open for purchase at the event on Saturday, October 21st at 5:30pm.
When you purchase a Sweet Deal for $5, you get a delicious homemade treat AND you get entered into a raffle!  When all the Sweet Deals are sold, we will draw 3 names and announce the winners!  All winners will win an extra special prize!  Only 150 available.  All treats provided by our sponsors Tweet Treats Bakery and Country Squared.  

Mystery Boxes:
Open for purchase at the event on Saturday, October 21st at 5:30pm.
Take your chance with purchasing a Mystery Box!  Packages cost $20 and the contents of the box/bag is a mystery!  You never know what you're going to get!!  

LIVE Auction: 
Each of our St. Jerome classrooms have been busy crafting some wonderful items that will be available on our live auction.  There will also be some additional items up for grabs on the live auction as well.  Check back soon to see what items will also be available on the live auction.
